Our goal is to provide quality service to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our electrologist, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policies below:
Appointment CancellationWhen you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our booking that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in
high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your AppointmentIf you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 780-464-0405 between the hours of operation which are Tuesday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message if your call is not answered. We will return your call as soon as possible. Secondly, you may text Betty directly as her contact information is provided when your appointment or consultation is scheduled and lastly you may also submit an online service request below to notify us.
Cancellation with
more than 24 Hours Notice
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours are perfectly acceptable and we are happy to assist you in finding a time and date that works better for you.
Cancellation with
less than 24 Hours Notice
- Please note that once you have booked an appointment, it means we have reserved time in the schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to the full charge of the service booked.
Missed Electrolysis Appointments
- Clients are responsible to pay the full cost of the scheduled appointment if they miss or do not show up for their appointment.
Cancellation or Missed Consultations
- Although consultations are complimentary, please be aware an hour of time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation please contact us as soon as possible in order to reschedule so it allows another client to be served in that time.
To avoid any any cancellation or missed appointment fees, please provide notice of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
